4.Potassium Citrate Physical properties: White or  slightly crystalline grains or powder; Odourless, cool and salty; Slightly deliquescent; Easily soluble in water or glycerine but almost insoluble in Ethahol; Relative density: 1.98. It will melt and decompose when heated to 230°C.

Usage
 In food processing industry, Food Grade Acidity regulator potassium citrate is used as buffer chelate agent, stabilizer, antibiotic oxidizer, emulsifier, flavor regulator, Used in dairy product, Jellies, jam, meat, tinned pastry. Used as emulsifier in cheese and used in citrus freshening , In pharmaceutical , Food Grade Acidity regulator potassium citrate is used for curing hypokalimia, Potassium depletion and alkalization of urire. 
 
Storage
Storage and transport:Kept in tightly-closed containers,it should be stored in a dry and ventilative ware-house,kept away from moisture and hot.Furthermore,it should be separately from poisonous substances.Handled with care,so as to avoid damaging to bags.
