As a third-party loading supervision learner, our company arranged an bv inpection to Chemical Company on March 28, 2025 to carry out the supervision and installation task of export chemicals. This supervision and loading involves 81 tons of hazardous sodium tripolyphosphate, and it is necessary to ensure that the whole shipment complies with the Bureau Veritas rules and the special requirements of customers. The following is the on-site documentary of the key link.

I. "Triple verification" before  loading supervision

1. Document verification

- Check the goods MSDS (Safety Technical Instructions) and confirm that the data of the product are consistent with the declaration.

- Check the  package certificate, analysis list, the validity of the transportation appraisal report, and focus on verifying the UN packaging mark

2. Equipment inspection

After arrival, the container has been neatly discharged into the factory in an orderly manner. Each container shall be reviewed by the supervisor to ensure that the box is not damaged and the interior is clean and dry before agreeing to packing.

3. Personnel qualification confirmation

- All operators hold  goods operation certificates, and there are 2 full-time safety personnel on site.

- Protective equipment inspection: anti-static clothing, safety helmet, acid and alkali-resistant gloves are complete.

II. Key control points in the shipping process

1. Loading stage

- Supervise the "single-person double-check" system: each package is labeled, photographed, weighed, and BV-sealed. The loading supervisor conducts a secondary supervision and confirmation.

- Strictly implement packing: each bag of products is put into the container in an orderly manner by factory workers.

- Seal the box and take photos: After the supervisor confirms that the packing is correct, the person in charge of the factory will seal and fix the box.

III. Summary of loading supervision

This loading supervision took 3 hours. After taking photos and recording the whole process, the general manager of the factory signed and stamped the packing list and handed it over to the truck driver. The loading supervision  was completed smoothly.
